Its obvious and academic. Things can only breed after their own kind. Only dogs can have dogs, and only cats can have cats. Consciousness can only be bred by other Consciousness, its academic. We came from another Conscious being, there are no other ways.

Now we're into the 'kinds' debate again. This has been thrashed out elsewhere, so there's not much point in going into it again here.

What makes you think that other species cannot be conscious? Are they purely instinctive beings? Again, do you have any evidence that humans are the only conscious species on the planet?

Consciousness didnot emerge in evolution, if so, when? In what species. And what kind of nervous system did that first conscious species have? Humans are the only species that have the nervous system which is capable of speech and Consciousness. Animals do not have religion, culture, history, science, transportation, agriculture, all of which are true signs of Consciousness.

Consciousness is a very Cool thing to have, no other creatures on earth have it. There is no orgin of Consciousness in emergent evolution, I'll argue that fact all day long with anybody. If so, prove it, trace it down for me to the first non human creature to hold it. Its Academic, you can't!

Listen, THIS is Consciousness: What animal has the rainbow subjective experiences of hopes, fears, affections, knowledges, colors, pleasures, distresses and desires that humans have? ABSOLUTELY None! Humans ALONE are the only Conscious beings on earth!

Where and how in evolution could all this wonderful tapestry of inner experience have possibly evolved, how could we derive this inwardness out of mere matter?

Its Academic! From another being who gave it!

Well I personally think its a nice arguement, its reasonable to me. Its really simplistic in that things produce things after its own kind. Consciousness is the true image of God, a reproduction of his kind of reality, and animals are not in Gods image, they just are not. Consciousness in animals is not neccessary. Some of them may " Seem like they are Conscious", but they are not. The RESULT of Consciousness, is civilization, always. Animals are in no manner civilized.

Well I want to talk about it, I want to discuss it, I desire to do this, and enjoy doing it. I am counscious of doing it, sharing my consciousness with others interested. And they are most defintely interested.

I say it because I want to continue on it, yet only while there is intrest. I will never continue without intrest. I have in fact closed many threads that intrest was still there, I am not trying to dominate the board, only to give my views, which may not be in unison with the predominate views of the board. But the fact that I am free to do as such, is then Cool.

I consider my Consciousness of God to be cool, I like it,

And I want to go into it daily.
