Hierarchy is a real idea: a cell within your body is not at the same level as your entire body; a star within a galaxy is not at the same level as the entire galaxy. Differences in scale matter, they are real, and they give a complexity and a beauty to existence. In the first of a two-part presentation, Michael Clarage, PhD, Lead Scientist of The SAFIRE Project, illustrates how the electrical systems of the Earth and the planets exists within the larger electrical body of the Sun.

Two comments:

In the first 2 minutes, this video makes some claims about 'being on the same line' versus 'being in a connected collection' that are simply NOT in dichotomy. So the very basis for the criticism is false.

The claim that the Earth's 'electrical system' is connected to that of the sun in some fundamental way would suggest that the 'electrical system' of Venus is even more so because it is at a higher potential than that of the Earth. Yet, Venus has only a very small magnetic field and no evidence of anything like the Van Allen belts. Neither does Mercury, which is even closer to the sun. This alone is enough the show this viewpoint is wrong.

I watched the whole video. It is a mixture of false statements and assertions. Maybe part 2 will have some meat to it?

Um, no. It really isn't. There is a stream of charged particles coming from the sun. it is produced by solar prominences and interacts with the internally generated magnetic fields of the planets. The heliopause is the 'shock wave' of this stream with the surrounding gases just outside of the solar system.

Note: Venus has no internally generated magnetic field. What you are seeing is far, far weaker than what happens with the Earth, contrary to what the EU theory would predict.

The solar wind is mostly protons and electrons. Some alpha particles. NOT E&M.

And no, the solar wind is NOT why the sun's magnetic field reverses every 11 years or so.

This is the advantage of having no firm definitions. When asked a particle question, you get a particle ansver. And when this doesn´t work as a logical explanation, as in the case of the of light bulbes, you just can define your particle as a wave. Dear oh dear.
