Creationist - what is your understanding of TOE?

Autodidact

Thus one does not need to meet anyone or to do so concerning the understanding of the evolution theory, cause deep inside, everyone knows for themselves that they have NEVER seen a dog change into a cat, or sheep give birth a bird, a whale to a lion etc.

Please slow down, stop the noise in your head, and pay careful attention. If a dog turned into a cat, the Theory of Evolution (ToE) would be wrong. Part of the reason we know it's right is that this does not happen.

Now, do you have any interest in learning what ToE actually says, or do you prefer to continue to display your ignorance for all to see?

Evolution is real enough

Considering the amount of overwhelming evidence I totally agree.

....God did it.

Which god? Seemed to have been plenty of gods mentioned in ancient text, even older than the bible, chronicling the "creation of the universe, Earth and man...

Chapter Two is not a retelling of Chapter One.
(In all fairness..there's a new version....it strips the name of Moses...
and the title of Genesis.)

Gen 1:26-1:28 (in part)
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.........
So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him.......
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it......

Contrast with......

Gen 2:5-2:7 (in part)
........LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
And the LORD God formed man [of] the dust of the ground......

Sounds like a retelling to me with extras.

Chapter two is a story of manipulation...not creation.

So do you think it is scientifically possible to use the genetic material of a man in order to, not clone but, to make a new being of the opposite sex?

O.K. I usually skip your posts because I don't understand them, but this one caught my eye. Are you serious?

Been posting this observation for years.....

A lot of people want their scripture...straight up.

Well ok......let's run with it.

Choose a specimen....and put him into ideal living conditions.
His life span will increase for cause of it.

The experiment goes well...but the specimen has no suitable mate.
The entire situation is terminal.

Put the specimen to sleep.
Extract a portion of his anatomy.....and clone it.
With genetic manipulation.....it becomes a female.

Adam was given his twin sister for a bride.
She would not have a navel.(no mother)

And Adam came from...?

Chapter One....
Man was created as a species...Day Six....
You can chalk up the number of years it took...anyway you want to.

Adam is a chosen son of God.

The Garden is a construct to alter the course of Man.

Apparently Man was behaving too much like an animal.

Some manipulation was needed.....Chapter Two...Genesis.

Did adam have a navel? If yes, then eve would have had one as well, if she were a true clone, with just enough manipulation to make her female. If Adam didnt have a navel, then what you claimed was completely pointless.

Kinda like this conversation?

So, god made man, but needed a clone to make women?

No.....
Day Six....Man as a species.
No names....no law....no restrictions...dominate all things....etc.....

Chapter Two is a story of manipulation.
anesthesia.....surgery.....cloning.....genetic manipulation.
Some restrictions applied.

It sounds like a pointless exercise in creation considering we know that "brother and sister" should not be having children. Generation upon generation will inherit the genetic traits of their father and (mother/aunt).

As far as Eve's supposed creation from Adam I'm interested as to why they simply weren't "created" at the same time.

Additionally your book mentions two brothers but doesn't mention sisters until chapter 5. So we can only conclude that brothers, sisters and cousins were producing offspring with each other. This, we know, is a dangerous situation genetically.

What's interesting is it is difficult to reconcile the diversity in human ethnicity of the entire planet in lieu of your creation myth then there's the fact that humans and primates share a common ancestor which seems to invalidate all the creation claims made by your scripture.

Where did man come from? Did Adam have a mother and father?
If so, why the necessity of cloning?
There is quite a bit of cognitive dissonance in your mixture of "science" and biblical literalism.

Actually my take on the matter is quite biblical.

Try King James.

Day Six takes place in Chapter One.
No names...no special location.....no law.....
This would be what most people want to call...evolution.

Day Seven...God rests...no more will be created.

THEN Chapter Two.
Chapter Two has all the earmarks of a science experiment.
The terms we use today are not there....but of course not.

Now try to imagine yourself as someone living in the days of Moses.
And you are being told some story about a man having a rib removed...
as he slept....and he did not die.

To someone living long ago...this would be impossible.
Making a woman of a rib...impossible.

But they believed.

But you know surgery to be real.
And cloning a full human is so soon pending.

With all the knowledge of science you have at hand.....
and you still don't believe?

What's holding you back?
