Cutting Joshua Trees

As a former resident of the Mojave Desert, I stand firmly against removing the trees. When I lived there, damaging a Joshua tree was punishable by law. What happened?

If you want a solar farms, install them over car parks/parking lots, not over the natural landscape. You're protecting cars and accomplishing what you set out to initially.

I think installing solar panels over parking lots is an excellent idea. I have seen that occurring more .

I think being passionate about the countryside is rational and good

I thought you cared for nature?????

Some creeps want to destroy the countryside near where I live for profit

Any decent and reasonable person would be angered by that, especially nature lovers

Which is worse......
Cutting down trees for a solar generating facility for profit?
Drilling, spilling, & burning oil for profit?
Erecting windmill generators & killing birds for profit?
