You mean Americans. Most other Western nations have restrictions such as hate speech laws, where someone like Duke would likely be in jail for inciting racial hatred. People are often denied entry into those countries for their hateful views.

I live in one of those countries with "hate laws". Believe me, it is not that simple. We have racists here as well who spout this kind of garbage freely with not fear of prosecution. One of the main problems with our hate laws is we have an exception for anything deemed "religious speech". If you do it in the name of religion you can be as hateful as you want.
