It's actually a broader issue. Granted, I was inspired by criticism from aHe was making a point about what he perceived as people allegedly Democrat being quick to call acts of violence etc in certain ways as being influenced by bad right wing groups.
few liberals pointing out things only about the right. But I learned a general
lesson
(They objected to my pursuing the false equivalency of noting that both
sides of the aisle have malefactors. Because Republicans are so very
much worse, it cannot be said that Democrats also have such flaws.
It was wrong to see any balance.)
I was also chastised for not making it about the tribe of a malefactor.
When a terrible thing is done, we must recognize to which tribe they
belong. This is necessary to understand how the tribe causes the
behavior, eg, how Republicans encourage Nazis.
I learned from their advice & admonishments, & decided to apply my
new & more correct perspective to a news item about an assault.
And as my first foray into this weltanschauung, I wanted to get it
right. So I sought statistical analysis to determine the perp's tribe.
