Okay, just real quick.
What did this Soros fellow do exactly?
I’ve heard everyone bash him and zoomers meme on him (in fairness, usually in a positive light.)
But no one’s given me any specifics

Is he supposed to be some sort of world government thingy?
Just a meme?
Satan?
Like
Just some random rich guy, who are usually adored by conservatives, but he's also jewish and liberal, so they don't.

His NGOs would like to reshape Old Europe.
They state it openly.
They do anything aboveboard so it's not a conspiracy theory, as they call it.

Italians appear to have a low opinion of their courts too.
The difference is that in Italy there are three degrees of judgment so other judges check on judges.
In fact Amanda Knox was acquitted after 5 trials, and the prosecutor who indicted her was sanctioned for making that big mistake.

Does that happen in the US? No...because there's just one degree of judgment.

There are courts of appeal.
A "jurist" should know that.

Reshape it how exactly?
To what purpose?
Control real estate?

And since it is so aboveboard as you say, then you can provide evidence.
In English if it’s not too much trouble.
Because it’s sounding like a Conspiracy so far. But like I said, I’m entirely unfamiliar with the bloke so

The absurd thing is that he is adored by leftists who are supposed (in a parallel universe) to side with the populace against the financial élites.

Do "jurists" have access to Wikipedia in Italy?
There are appeals courts for civil suits too.
Ah...those.
Those do not hold trials. They just review possible errors in law of rulings.
Do you know the difference between error in law and error in substance?

Here the courts of Appeal (and the Courts of Assizes of Appeal), do hold trials, and that's how Amanda Knox was acquitted.
And that is why there was not a second trial (of appeal) in the well-known OJ Simpson's case.

I'm not sure if that many leftists really know or care that much about Soros personally, although he might be lumped in with the rest of the capitalist elite. In practice, both major parties have wealthy benefactors and huge campaign chests. That would make the current political dispute into a battle between plutocrats - Don Corleone vs. Don Barzini. It doesn't matter who wins, because the common people will always lose.

Exactly. Both parties are funded by plutocrats so there's no substantial difference.

Appeals courts can order new trials with new judges.
You sure are grasping at straws to avoid the massive
corruption in Italy.
