Disproof of Darwinism

A being that has a spirit? That's a possibility IMV. Then again, science basically doesn't deal with that arena.
Even if humans are beings that have a spirit (however you want to measure that), it doesn't not make them animals.
Animals are multicellular eukaryotic lifeforms. Thus humans are animals.
By the same method of checking if the criteria fit, humans are also mammals, primates, monkeys and apes.

It doesn't. The Hominidae (whose members are known as great apes or hominids) are a taxonomic family of primates that includes eight extant species in four genera:

Gorilla (the eastern and western gorilla),

Homo (of which only modern humans remain).

Pan (the common chimpanzee and the bonobo)

and

Pongo (the Bornean, Sumatran and Tapanuli orangutan).
Yes, there are other beings, but those aren't the ones that God formed from the earth. ;)

Again, you are making a position based on what mankind has determined. Sure there are likenesses but that doesn't make them animals. Animals have souls but do they have a spirit? it is the difference that makes them a different category

A platypus lays eggs like a reptile... but that doesn't make them a reptile. Similar but still different.

Tell me yourself. It is trolling to send me to school. I got the gold medal for school completion. I know that Darwinism is absurd because no known fish has become ape. And if unknown fish in the Pacific Ocean during 2020 has become ape, the reality is absurd. The reality can not be absurd by definition of reality: reality is that comes from God of Reality.
Which school, and what grade?

Define "spirit".
Keep in mind you need do so in a manner that excludes all other animals.
I mean, that is what you are after, right?
Elitism?

The spirit is the part of man that is eternal that is made in the image of God. Though it looks like your body, it isn't your body. Soul is man's will, mind and emotions.

Animals have a soul--will, mind and emotions but do not have an eternal spirit and its' lifespan is whatever the body gives it.

Evidence for the above claim?

What makes the position YOU determined any better?
Why make it personal?

All I'm saying is that labeling man an "animal" is simply a construct of human thought which doesn't make it true.

Spiritual beings do spiritual things. Have you seen a family of gorillas make an altar and worship any gods or God? Have you seen a family of orangutans take a lamb (or another animal), sacrifice it and worship gods or God as they present it as a worship experience?

Those are things that you an observe.

Things a little more difficult are out of body experiences.

But we can look at the same things and come up with different conclusions as it is common within branches of science.

And I am pointing out that you have not gotten away from human construct by claiming another human construct.

I see you are not going to be serious.
