Do Christians Secretly Believe Jesus Walks Among Us?

Christian mysteries:

Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
Matthew 7:6
Christianity is to far removed from reality for my taste. It’s a good way to get people to start thinking though.

Yes I believe in the resurrection of the Christ, ascended master of the flesh and of nature, able to manifest a physical form by his own will, or many forms in different places at the same time -- the Living Christ.

There are immortality yogas. The idea of an enlightened being able to generate and maintain a physical form and to dissolve it again at will is a part of Eastern thought. Angels take physical form in Abrahamic scripture. Christ is above the angels.
So you think Jesus visits earth in different forms from time to time?

No, Christians do not believe Jesus walks among us and the world will end when he dies. From the biblical perspective, Jesus is Alive, already risen from the dead, and in heaven until He returns in power and glory.
How do you know? Do you speak for all Christians?

You seem to think that many Christians are making outrageous claims so they must be hiding something. That hasn't been my experience at all (that many Christians are hiding something).
How would you know that they’re not hiding anything?

Well, they would be considered cuckoo if they came forth.
I'm sorry but the idea that Christianity has a body of secret teachings that only they know is utterly bonkers and detached from reality

More bonkers than believing a man rose from the dead 2000 yrs ago?
You are trying to deflect from the fact that you hold beliefs that are bonkers

Some other group of people's beliefs being a bit odd don't make yours any less bonkers

You don't get away that easily

So my idea that someone’s hiding something is bonkers, but the idea of believing a man rose from the dead is just odd. Gotcha

No, they are both silly

And one being silly doesn't make the other any less silly

And I wasn't even calling your Jesus beliefs bonkers, I was calling your ideas of secret teachings bonkers, go back and read what I said

But yes, now you mention it your Jesus beliefs are bonkers too

Well, at least you admitted that both ideas are bonkers. Good to know.
