I believe scientific evidence is a special kind of evidence and evolution lacks it as Does the Bible. The Bible gives us evidence of what God say and He nows all things. That is better than the evidence for evolution which is very partial evidence at best.

I believe judges don't always act correctly. They are sinners like everyone else.

Then you do not understand the concept of scientific evidence since there are literally mountains of scientific evidence that support the theory of evolution. Would you care to learn? The Bible gives us no evidence. The Bible is the claim. One needs to learn the difference between claims and evidence.

I believe people say things are clear when they can't prove them. I believe the Bible has proven its veracity over and over.

I would gladly prove my claims. I am willing to bet that you will not prove yours. But here is a chance for you. How would you test the Bible? What reasonable test of yours based upon the Bible's own merits would show it to be wrong. If you cannot think of a valid test there is no way that you can claim that the Bible has proven its veracity.
