I'd hardly characterize Jewish preferences on marrying other Jews as anti-miscegenation. An Ashkenazi marrying a Sephardic would still be miscegenation, as per the logic of the term itself. But it still would be a Jewish person marrying another Jewish person. Anti-miscegenation sported by White supremacists, on the other hand, rests solely on one basis: no one is good enough to breed with those of White European heritage. In other words, these are completely two radically different things. To make such a correlation is careless in nature.

You seem to be of the opinion that a person should have no duties and responsibilities to anyone or anything outside themselves and their own personal desires. I understand that that is a common philosophy in some modern circles, especially those influenced by American social philosophy, which is deeply, deeply individualistic.

But Judaism is not individualistic, it is communitarian, as most classical societies were, as many modern societies are as well. For most societies to function, there need to be obligations amongst the members and to the society as a whole, as well as boundaries. And because obligations and boundaries are, by definition, rules, that means that sometimes they may conflict with the whims of individuals; and in order for the society to exist, continue, and remain coherent, the obligations and boundaries of the society must trump the desires of the individual. That is why they are duties and responsibilities, rather than vague suggestions or notions just for laughs.

I am certainly not suggesting that anyone be forced to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. But I am saying that we should be frank about when someone has chosen to shirk their duties and responsibilities in favor of their own selfish desires. And we should not pretend that when such people shirk their responsibilities in favor of their own pleasures, it does not harm the rest of the society-- because it does.

The rules of Jewish society are for educated, participating Jews to decide upon, based upon our tradition and the Torah. You have no right to decide that this woman or those like her did nothing wrong or committed no transgression. It is not your call to make.

I believe the term, miscegenation, is being misapplied. Ashkenazi Jews marrying Sephardic or Indian, or even Chinese Jews for that matter, would be miscegenation, but it still would be a Jewish person marrying another Jewish person. The contention, on the other hand, has to do with religious-endogamy.
