An infinite reality contains infinite negative and positive and in-between forces. Hell-like realms are side effect of that principle.

Why not ? can the negative entities not handle the truth ? Are they really that weak ? Demons really are turning out to be cowards.

Tartarus still needs a lot of work, but be fair, when was the last time you saw a HR department that wasn't just a little bit depressing?

Is no work done in that place because the raphaim (in wraith form) stopping all the dull depressing dusty rooms from being cleaned up ? :D
