First of all pause don't happen so easily. If happened, then one will feel like pausing the game for ever which is = quitting the video game for ever.

Suppose, a long time back we all were the citizen of God's world. God created/started this universe/world because we made this demand for fun sake. We thought it would be fun living/playing in this world, like.. playing a video game.This video game provides us countless -- chances/lifelines/rebirths to continue in the game.

2. Quit playing the game.

I believe that as soon as one quit playing -- one will find him/herself in God's world. Quitting the game sound an easy task, but is NOT that easy. Quitting the game = Quitting all thoughts. Choice #3 - To learn all the spiritual lessons that are given you in the physical world and have spiritually evolved enough to pass God's judgment, that you are qualified to exist as a purely spiritual energy entity in the spiritual realm/universe/Heaven. There you will take your chosen part in helping with God's plan for ALL souls, maintaining the universe, teaching others, creating, whatever best suits your abilities. Always spiritually evolving thru-out all eternity.

Death-rebirth is like.. loosing and getting another lifeline/chance in the same game.
Coma is like.. your mario is unable to move because of body damage, but still wanna play after repairs, or by getting another new body/lifeline/chance.
Silencing the mind is like.. naughty mario is sleeping for some time, will wake-up and start playing after some rest.

What is.. "Quitting the game = Quitting all thoughts." ?

Suppose you are playing MARIO sitting in room at your home.
While playing the game you are the character in that game, busy in running.. collecting coins.. etc.

Quitting the game/thought = just stop playing. That's it.
And, you will find yourself back home / Oneness with God !

Supposedly I wandered off and couldn't find where they were sat, but secretly I think they didn't really want me - and perhaps they thought my two older brothers were looking after me (as if!). The beach was quite crowded. A policeman carried me to a Children's Home where I sat looking out of the window waiting for my mother. Some other kids were playing, perhaps also waiting to be picked up, and seemed happy enough. I was in tears.

My understanding would be there is no staying away from God. Staying away from God is an illusion. People get fed up because they have yet to see past the illusion.
I was fed up. I went seeking like anyone else. What I found was an understanding of the illusion. Knowing of the illusion leads to knowing there is nothing to be liberated from.

By "fed-up" I mean being apathetic. Its kinda being mad "state of affair". Often people get frightened and return back -- providing themselves some cold comforts.

Remaining fed-up/apathetic all the time is a too hard job.

If you're really fed-up of playing game, he'll definitely answer you in some way or another. In some way -- that will definitely satisfy you his existence.

But, keep thing in mind that if you aren't really fed-up playing this world/game, then he will not come. NO acting can make God fool.
