~;> precisely those verses above were pertaining unto some false teachers and false leaders of churches and perhaps those false prophets in the past and even as today

but not all of those who were teaching the words of god are false teachers and false leaders
for some were given a gift to told unto all
what is the truth behind the written words of god
coz some were never cling unto the understanding of man when it comes to the written words of god itself

Matthew 13:52
And he said to them, "Therefore, every scribe who has been made a disciple in the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who is a householder, who brings out of his treasure new and old things."

so how come a scribe is being mentioned here in this verse

. ... just askin

And who were their mentors?

Matthew 23:13 (ESV Strong's) 13 “But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!

Matthew 23:15 (ESV Strong's) Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!

Matthew 23:23 (ESV Strong's) “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!

Matthew 23:25 (ESV Strong's) 25 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
You argue with me like I argue with my husband. I suppose I deserve it. :(

What do I mean? (For them who have no what's the meaning? gene) It means that when we have a dispute I take that opportunity with my husband to voice some other contention, not related, like you seem to be doing a lot of. People don't like that.

What do I mean? Your comment is dubious. What does it have to do with Jesus? The mentor of the disciple of Jesus is Jesus. "I will be with you", says he.
One teacher. Oh! Then why is it written that there will be teachers? Well, it is because most (all) people do not know what is written. So there has to be people that share the wisdom of God's cloud of witnesses. Romans 10:14-15
But, here lies the problem. Some people call what is written, "was written". It is my weak opinion that it is the lie most people lean on. What is that? If it is written then it must be right. 2 Thessalonians 2:5-12

Just one example here please. The love of wickedness the teachers who say they preach the good news say it means sinning without conscience. But I think OOOOPS But it means 'the love of what is not right'. No one can deny the World is chock full of lovers of what isn't right. Hear me! NOT righteous. RIGHT

Heads up! I never consider myself righteous. I am right. See? There is a difference.

Lean on - build on - stand on. I might be wrong, so please do not take this as the gospel truth, but, when the foundation that they who profess Jesus Christ crumbles in the rain
all the people who they aim to convert will be convinced without a shadow of the doubt that God does not care.

Proof that 2 Thessalonians means the love of what is not right. Matthew 23:25

And another mistake, of course. Why not?

This is what is written:

King James Bible
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
New World Translation Bible 25 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you cleanse the outside of the cup and of the dish,+ but inside they are full of greediness*+ and self-indulgence.+

The governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses have added meaning there. See the star? They say it means "plunder".

I shall be so bold as to confess the phrase "in tithes and offerings" was added to Malachi 3:8

Back to the subject. It is assumed that Jesus means that they plunder the people. That is not what it means. They have plundered God's words.

See the person on the outside? As holy as is humanly possible. The outside looks good. But, on the inside they have plundered God's words for their own [not self indulgence] want of power. It is so obvious that they teach God and Christ are not here. So? They have plundered the truth of God's words for their own opinions. Look at the meaning of ἀκρασία, ας, ἡ Matthew 23:25

May I?

Why do "you search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is these that bear witness of Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me, that you may have life" (John 5:39,40)?

You can read about god in the Bible. You can learn a lot about him. However, the only person (rather than thing) that is perfect, according to scripture, is Jesus Christ. You can trust the Bible is not lying. However, because of who chose what scripture is inspired (thereby deciding what was actually the apostles words not Jesus) and how it has been translated so many times, how can any person claim that the book is actually the word of god?

The word of god is Christ not the Bible.

Luke 8:11
Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
12 Those along the road are those who hear, then the devil comes, and takes away the word from their heart, that they may not believe and be saved.
13 Those on the rock are they who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; but these have no root, who believe for a while, then fall away in time of temptation.
14 That which fell among the thorns, these are those who have heard, and as they go on their way they are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity.
15 That in the good ground, these are such as in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, hold it tightly, and bring forth fruit with patience.
16 "No one, when he has lit a lamp, covers it with a container, or puts it under a bed; but puts it on a stand, that those who enter in may see the light.
17 For nothing is hidden, that will not be revealed; nor anything secret, that will not be known and come to light.
18 Be careful therefore how you hear. For whoever has, to him will be given; and whoever does not have, from him will be taken away even that which he thinks he has."

If I may say so? The word translated, "love of money" may mean, " a love for personal advantage". So? It is as though Jesus is saying
that some people actually love the place they believe they are at or that they head for.

God IS. They are teaching that God will be.
They love to work for an advantage in the place they believe God has reserved for THEM.

Without coveting (anything, even advantage) being satisfied with the present, Hebrews 13:5

To be for advantage is to focus on the end, but God has said, never will I leave you nor never will I forsake you.

God is present to make you true presently.

I'm pretty sure that the disciples of Jesus were taught by the Pharisees long before Jesus started His ministry.
Actually no. Each young man was taught by ONE mentor. Or perhaps the guy in the video is full of baloney?

There was no "teaching by the Pharisees", but you do not understand, so, never mind.

Is it interesting he did not say, "be careful how you READ"?

Some proof Hebrews 13:5 might mean a warning to avoid coveting even a place with God. Matthew 20:20-21

Philippians 3:13-14 (ESV Strong's) 13 Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

And what scripture do you have to back that claim up with?
Jesus Christ. He is the teacher. One teacher. I can't believe you truly believe that everything a person must know about truth and righteousness comes only from the Bible.

What does "be wise" mean to you?
What does, "I have more to say, but for now you are not able to bear it" mean to you?

OK. Good one! May I? It is sometimes very difficult to be led by Jehovah in Jesus. Hebrews 10:21. [sorry. Hebrews 10:31]
If ever a disciple becomes less than enthusiastic he has to "press on". To the end? NO! How can he do that while being led? It means the writer had to keep faith that his work putting on the new personality was not in vain. It does not mean he was pressing forward for advantage. It means he had to press forward to endure to the the end. If you press forward for your own advantage it means making yourself lord of yourself. How can you serve The Lord if you are serving yourself?

Jesus Christ. He is the teacher. One teacher.

Jesus was the apostles teacher, not ours,

John 14:25-26 (ESV Strong's) 25 “These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.

Haha Funny. Nobody should have written that then if it was only for them. Who was it written for, in your opinion?
