Does death end ones life?

Draka

Wonder Woman
when someone is lying dead, and we try to wake them up, and they can't be woken up...you can't communicate with them, they are unresponsive - that is a sign that the consciousness has ended.

What of the dead you can communicate with?

In what way do we measure the level of consciousness?

But even the point remains, why many characteristics of two twins are different even at a age of 3 months.
Identical twins tend to be very similar.

Even so, their birth experiences could be different, the parents can subconsciously tend to pick one up first, or spend more time with one, or accidentally bump one a bit, etc.

I can't because soul is not omnipresent nor I have much power to call soul from far distances (As I have wasted many years as an atheist)but you can. "Rudramala Tantra" gives the method to call soul.
Is there distance in the dimension in which souls exist?

Through the prana energy. Our body contain energy points called Chakras. Their activation results in increase of consciousness.

But in 95 % cases, child behavior differ by large extent. A small difference may be caused due to such problems. But what about large??

distance in the dimension??? Every soul does not resides in dimensions, only soul who creates astral body resides their.
There are different dimensions around us. In hinduism people call it different lokas. :D

How do you know?

Just because you dont seem to be able to comunicate with her/s consciousness anymore, doesnt mean the consciousness is no more.

Redefined?

Consciousness cannot be properly defined, but most people know what you are talking about when we talk consciousness.

It means the ability to "feel" or "experience" on any level basically.

The first death is particular judgement. Your body remains on Earth, but your soul goes to either Heaven or Hell.

Theologians struggled with this for a while. They even brought up notions of Limbo and 'in between' circles of reality, which is not an altogether dead subject among them today even still.

But the general consensus in Catholicism is that your soul is either banished to the depths or ascends into a preserved state of salvation. When the time comes for final judgement, your soul is returned to the body, and both go their final destination.

I know you can't answer, because you are already banned. But I have never heard of it being a Catholic belief that the soul returns to the body, much less any type of "consensus". Nor that heaven or hell are the automatic default locations, as it was taught to me that most souls enter a state of purgatory for a type of cleansing of impurity on the way to heaven.

Can any real practising Catholics comment on this? I am curious if things have changed that much.

I really didn't know where my subject would go so maybe the moderator will forward it elsewhere since this is my second post. But before I go announcing my talent or gifts given to me by God over the past 5 or 6 years since then. I would like to ask first does death ends ones life or do we continue alive and active for God? My strong be leaf is that after we pass from this existence to the alternate world (The world of the spirits) we continue active and working for God or Evil. It is my deep commitment that in some marvellous ways our souls thirsting to make it to heaven continue our quest in some fashion to win favour or points we indirectly try to lean on a hope that helping a living soul God sees with love the devotion of the dearly departed an in this fashion wins this so called points. I talked to my parish priest and he says we can only win these points while we are in this sinning world after everything is lost. What is your knowledge in this area? Thanks TA:angel2:

Death ends life for the body. The soul was alive on it's own plane in spirit before the body was born and remains alive after the body dies. The business of the soul is to assimilate all the experiences of the life just past and to learn from them. In this way, yes, we do keep working for God. The work consists of souls growing through experience and accumulating wisdom as a result. This is a part of God's plan for all of humanity. You needn't be concerned about evil in the spirit world. It does not exist there. It is restricted to earth only. Remember that evil is only a word which describes an extreme separation from God and, in heaven, there is no such separation. One last thing is don't worry about hell. That word, too, also describes an extreme separation from God. Only here on earth is such a separation possible.
