Where it has more benefit than libel, and falls within the protection of law.If it didn't have a legitimate place, it wouldn't exist. Then again, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by legitimate.

As with blatant exploitation of any kind where there isn't consent.What consenting adults do sex-wise is none of my business.
If that involves filming/taking pictures and showing them to other people either for money or for free, where's the harm.
I'm opposed to blatant exploitation though, which is why there has to be laws.
I said not sure, because it all boils down to the individual and how that person chooses to use it. Everything in moderation.
