Ok, I can't see any reason to think that but you can have at it if you like.
At least to the quantum level, we don't know anything deeper (yet) .

Well we breathe in oxygen atoms all the time and those are clearly matter.
I gave the answer in my first post. Everything is energy which may become matter and vice versa.
