This isn't about science says this
This isn't about the bible says that
This isn't about show me your evidence
This is purely about your own thinking.

In other words do 'you' think supernatural can exist?

Not entirely sure what it means for a thing to be supernatural.

Ghosts and stuff? I don't think they exist but I suppose it is possible.

Sure, I suppose it can exist. I don't know that it exists, or if it does exist, what form it takes or how it exists.

On the other hand, I would wonder: If the supernatural exists, then why would "the natural" exist? Why bother? ;)

All you need is love.
Yes, I believe that there are supernatural phenomena that occur in the physical world that neither science nor sacred religious texts (such as the Bible) or any religious dogma can rationally explain or logically refute. I believe that this phenomenon brazenly defies both scientific and religious explanation.

I voted yes and no.

probably should have voted other.

I think it is possible. I don't know how it would be possible. But I don't think we as a society know everything there is to know yet, so I remain open to the possibilities. But I am also waiting for good solid evidence beyond personal experience and anecdotes.

Existence is a painfully low bar that is cleared by simply asking the question given ideas and concepts exist.

That said, I do not use the term "supernatural" and find it inherently problematic as a map of the territory. Probably because I'm a nondualist - I reject mainstream (Christian) culture's stark division between "nature" and "gods." Everything is natural. Some things are simply not physical.

Oh my, did I say that!

Other - given I don't believe there is sufficient evidence for such phenomena to exist but I await to be corrected. Not expecting such before I die though and neither afterwards.

I voted no. However if falsifiable scientific evidence is produced to show there is a supernatural (i believe that the be a mistake, it should be termed unnatural) then i would examine that evidence and, if it's robust enough i could change my opinion.

Of course. The honest / fair minded person
has the capacity to look with clear eyes at that
which is, and is not.

"Yes there is", and "no there is not" are both unsubstantiated.
I don't happen- for lack of evidence or any theoretical basis- to believe in paranormal anything.
Show me, and prseto! I will believe it. Like you.

However, to date-

Countless attempts to confirm existence of God,
cryptozoological beasties, ghosts, astrology, and the
rest of the whole dreary panoply of woo woo have been
made, but no Nobels awarded.

IF someone ever succeeded in providing what the
scientifically illiterate among us would call "proof"
of ANYTHING "paranormal" it would be world wide
headlines, news of the highest significance,
possibly the scientific breakthrough discovery of all time.

No doubt someone on rf knows better.

"Supernatural" is an empty word because we do not know the limits of the natural world, and so we cannot know if something is beyond the limits of the natural world.
