It isn't racist to want to protect your borders and your citizens from a virus, it also is not racist to try to limit the flood of Chinese made fentanyl and other drugs from Mexico into the country, Biden made it much easier for all of this to happen. So call it racist or whatever you need to call it to make yourself feel better but at the end of the day our borders are far less secure, illegal immigration is at an all time high, the border patrol have far less resources to deal with it, and the flow of drugs into this country has exploded. The dramatic influx in illegal drugs crossing the border started during the Trump administration, so blaming Biden for it seems strange. Especially given that the article you've cited here is explaining a "public safety surge" carried out while Biden was/is president from September 2021 to December 2021.

I am not and never have been in favor of "open borders", so you're barking up the wrong tree. Yes, there was and still is great concern, but this was made significantly worse when Trump & Co decided to withdraw all charitable funding for the Northern Triangle Countries, which had to effect of speeding up their emigration.
