Does the Jan 6th Commission Have Any Truthful Evidence That Would Withstand Honest Scrutiny?

Spin is spin.
You apparently want to have it both ways. You want to complain that they supposedly buddied up with him but then you complain when they distance themselves from his positions..

They only denounced him after they were pressured by republicans and the GOP, it was only then they realized he was a political liability. Farrakhan had been saying the same things for years, why did it take pressure from republicans and the GOP for them to finally do the right thing?
No, they should have condemned him years ago, they don't get a pass.

Classic deflect and whataboutism ...but Trump!
Sorry if the truth hurts. I simply was pointing out what's called "hypocrisy", so it's obvious.

So, did you complain when Trump did this? And while you're at it, why can't Trump denounce Putin, the latter of which is killing thousands of innocent men, women, and children? Why has Trump very frequently praised Putin, including fairly recently?

No, those democrats aren't off the hook, they buddied up to Farrakhan for years when they thought it was politically convenient then shortly before the 2020 election after being pressured by republicans and the GOP they finally did what they should have done years ago.
Politicians talk with and to a lot of different people, especially when dealing with campaigning. This is what they do on both sides of the aisle, so your charge that basically is "guilt by association" is terribly disingenuous.

Thanks for confirming what I said. :heavycheck:

I guess it will come down to the standard question of "What did Trump know and when did he know it?"

With Nixon, they had all those audio tapes, but with Trump and his cohorts, they're reviewing text messages.

It's difficult to say whether they'll be able to find any "smoking gun" in all of that. There have been multiple cases made against Trump, but they never seem to go anywhere. Two failed impeachments, and there's also this case from the NY attorney general which seems on-again/off-again. And the Jan. 6 incident was almost 16 months ago.

Why is it taking so long, either for Trump to go away on his own or for the powers that be to put him away? Trump has been out of office for more than a year, yet he just won't go away. Even the Democrats seem to revel in all of this, as if they don't want Trump to go away either. If Trump disappears from the landscape, there'd be nothing left to hold them together.

Trump will be your next president.

Enjoy the peace, prosperity and security!

Democrats oppose policies that secure the border and actively promote policies that increase illegal immigration.

Why?
Why? Because you blindly believe in right-wing nonsense, that's why.

Thus, as even taught in elementary school math classes, double-check your problems thus using other sources in these kinds of cases.

Ending Title 42 is logical based on the decreasing covid rate as that's what it applies to! This is no way means we'll have "open borders". People seeking asylum have a legal right to do so even if they came into the US illegally under both international and our own national laws.

Thus, are you for obeying the "rule of law" or do you buy into Trump's neo-fascism whereas he repeatedly said that he could do anything as President?
