Well, aside from being in the clouds, this individual was apparently modeled after a typical middle-aged white male with white hair and beard. I see people fitting that description all the time. He looks like he could be somebody's grandfather or maybe a truck driver or a drummer in a country-and-western band.
He's wearing different clothes and sunglasses, his hair is tied up in a bun behind his hat, and he's not meditating in a sauna like the guy pictured above, but...
Seriously, though, yes, that being pictured in the OP exists.

Well, he combs his hair and keeps his finger nails trimmed. That is not like anybody I know.
