It is a book with citations. That is what people with brains do. They gather information together and package it in nice easy to read extracts for us mere mortals; otherwise you would have too many books which would be hard to understand. Also, those who do not know they are HIV-positive are not able to get HIV treatment that can protect their health and reduce the chance of transmitting HIV to their partners.
