Do you still vape? Does your e-juice still contain nicotine?Been a smoker of 5 years because of vaping I have fully quit. It most likely has saved my life.
Yes and no, it is more of a hobby now.Do you still vape? Does your e-juice still contain nicotine?
Awesome. Congratulations.Yes and no, it is more of a hobby now.
The alleged benefits of nicotine seem overstated... and more anecdotal than scientific. Nicotine addiction causes deficits in attention and mood, manifested by the distracting and distressing thought "I want/need more nicotine." Another hit of nicotine temporarily quells the craving. This superficially gives the appearance of improving attention and mood/stress. Until the next craving.Thank you
Also some good read, I got more papers if needed. http://www.harmreductionjournal.com/content/10/1/19 (starts at page 3 I believe.)

Actually, I've never smoked. There are many smokers (both current and former) in my life, and I've done some reading on nicotine addiction. You must have been a smoker at one point, because this is incredibly accurate and corroborates with my experiences smoking and that of others.
