I don't think it necessarily makes him non-secular though.
In some ways he was ruthlessly pragmatic, and he was talking more about the psyche of the German people than any particular government rule. I wouldn't count him as 'secular' in any sense, far from it, I just don't see evidence for this in his 'Christian' beliefs, or comments regarding Islam.

More or less. He wasn't interested in Germans actually adopting Islam or any particular religious belief. He just wanted a more openly martial culture for the German people.

Point instead to peaceful religious organisations banned under the Nazi regime, including Jehovah's Witnesses, and the Baha'i, as well as laws instituted against particular aspects of cultural/religious groups such as the gypsies and Jews.

The Nazis were extremely chimeric in their policies. They were secular in some areas and theocratic in others. Their government had both anti-theists and theocrats in positions of high power. Some people change their religion randomly thinking they are very smart. But actually it's just the opposite.
I wanna say there are 4 or 5 divine religion in the world right now so choosing one of them doesn't need to try them all and leave them. First study ,think , consult , then choose.

Besides this is god order and we are his slaves.
