The quran is very explicit about it, no one allowed to kill any person except if a murderer.
So why is it happening then? It must be fundamentalism rearing it's ugly head.

Killing homosexuals is part of Sharia Law though. How it got into Sharia Law if it's not in the Quran, I don't know. But I don't see how that matters...in any Muslim country in which Sharia Law is in effect, murdering homosexuality is part of it.
It's their laws and not the Islamic laws even hijab shouldn't be forced but a choice.
Yes, the Muslim defenders will be quick to point to those verses in the bible as a way to deflect. But no country, except Islamic countries have active death penalties for homosexuals and actually carries them out in accordance with their religious laws.
I think Islam is a violently homophobic religion. But I don't think it is the only violently homophobic religion,
So what are you saying, Sharia Law is not Islamic?
Sharia law (Arabic: شريعة) is the body of Islamic law. The term means "way" or "path"; it is the legal framework within which the public and some private aspects of life are regulated for those living in a legal system based on Islam.
I'm asking if Islam has a law that says homosexuals should be killed?
I believe Mosaic law proscribes death for homosexual acts also.
Why are you asking me? There are multiple Islamic authorities that state that the Koran does say that homosexuality is punishable by death. The OP article cites:
The head of the International Union of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Yousuf Al-Qaradhawi;
Kuwaiti Islamic preacher and Muslim Brotherhood leader Tareq Al-Suweidan
Saudi cleric and Islamic University professor 'Abd Al-Qader Shiba Al-Hamad;
Founder of the Norwegian Islam Net Organization,Fahad Qureshi,
Dr. Awadh Binhazim, adjunct associate professor in pathology and Muslim chaplain at Vanderbilt University
Saudi cleric 'Abd Al-Qader Shiba Al-Hamad, professor at Islamic University in Saudi Arabia
Syrian scholar Muhammad Rateb Al-Nabulsi
Kuwaiti Islamist Sa'd Al-'Inz
The Islamic court in Al-Furat province
The Shari'a Court in Aleppo
Yemeni-American AQAP cleric Anwar Al-Awlaki
Are you saying none of these know what the Koran actually says?
I don't care what these people say, but what the quran says.
Do you have any evidence which proves that these humans were right about their decisions about killing the homosexuals.
We have to examine Islam and the quran and not what the scholars may say or think.
I don't understand why you keep asking ME for evidence.
I don't understand why you keep asking ME for evidence. I didn't make these claims, I merely posted what Islamic authorities are saying and doing. We have several indisputable facts:
1) Multiple authorities in Islamic countries state that the Koran authorizes the killing of homosexuals.
2) Multiple Islamic countries (such as Syria, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia) have explicit laws on their book, that THEY claim are based on the Koran, that authorize the killing of homosexuals.
3) Multiple Islamic countries routinely execute people solely due to being homosexual.
Feargod, do you believe that these Islamic authorities are wrong to execute homosexuals?
... it's God's punishment and not human's punishment.
Sharia law mostly comes form the Hadith, not the Quran, evidently you're misquoting the Quran, when it actually comes from the Hadith, which do not have the same level of certainty to most Muslims.
Seems I need to repeat myself.
The USA is NOT the world's policeman.It might be better it you just condemned the awful things that are happening, and stopped being an apologist.
