I know how hard it can be to sell in this market, but if you and your wife can get a smaller place and move, where there is simply no room, no rooms for anyone else to live - this might be an easier end to the cycle?

We have talked about that! :yes: More as a joke though... 2 kids, 3 cats, a dog, and the 2 of us in a 1 bedroom house is WORSE NEWS THAN NOW! :)
