Yeah uhggg. She's about 20 and He's at minimum 36. By her own admission she had never had sex before. Even if they weren't father Daughter I would sit down and talk to her.

Did you read the interview she gave? There's a history of bipolar disorder on the mother's side, and her father's parents (quite suspiciously) accept and embrace this relationship, and plan on participating in their wedding.

However statistically there are a significant number of people living in close incestual relationships in virtually every society and community.
it seems it is most common between siblings.

I don't think there is any reason to throw up ones arms in a tizzy fizz about it.
If they live somewhere where this is legal, they will probably be just one of many doing the same thing.
The implications are obvious and well known, but probably less dangerous to a society than always marrying a cousin, as is common in some Pakistani societies.

The natural aversion comes from coercion. When two people are already close coercion is a real threat. Whether it be siblings or Parent/Child. If you could guarantee me no coercion and only Adult consent I have no issues with it.

I agree Coercion is a problem. It is also very hard to identify. It has a very close relationship with "Seduction" which itself is hard to define, or to differentiate or unmix from "Undue Pressure" and "Temptation" and "sexual attraction"

Within Normal Relationships probably all these things can come into play by either or both parties.
From the outside it is virtually impossible to differentiate between them.
