...and I've yet to see Fear and Desire, Paths of Glory and I've never seen Eyes Wide Shut mainly because I find it difficult to take anything Tom Cruise is in seriously.

mine changes too..but with 2001 always at the top...go ahead and "take a chance" on EWS..its not stan's best..but interesting.

Yeah it is the most adult of them all.It also deals with the secret societies and their kinky parties that involve top officials.All his movies are messages and this one was one of the most craziest.

Yeah I recently saw a documentary on the meaning of Clockwork Orange.It was very disturbing.

I don't know what a Kubrick is (director, I'm guessing). But A Clockwork Orange is the only movie anyone has listed that I've seen, which is good even though at the same time all the ipidity-dippity fuddley-duddly language made it a very trying and horrendous movie. Forget the singing rape scene, they way that guy talks is repulsive, and is the reason I haven't read the book (though I've tried).
I do not like The Shining. But then again the only Stephen King book-to-movie that doesn't totally suck is Misery and that's because Kathy Bates is really scary in that movie.
I just checked, and those are the only two Kubrick movies I've seen.

I didn't like them. Granted I haven't seen Green Mile yet, but everything else book-to-movie of his I have seen I have thought it sucks. You can even add Firestarter onto that list.

Aye, I'd learnt me a little Russkie, so when I read the book, I thought the Englishized transmogrifications were clever, & a real hoot.
