Interesting to see you on the other side of this type of discussion. All you are doing here is trying to get somebody to clarify their beliefs for you, which is reasonable and the purpose for this site. But what if he becomes defensive and emotional now, asking you why you are attacking and bullying him, refusing to answer you while complaining that you're only going to ridicule his beliefs, so he won't tell you, and then starts a thread wondering why he has to justify his beliefs to people like you?

My opinion is they are very different. Zeus is a sky god, and Satan is typically associated with the underworld.

They come out of entirely different traditions as well. Satan is typically viewed as an Abrahamic entity, while Zeus is from ancient Greek religion.

The idols are invention of satan. In Church's opinion is this. The God in the Bible has written many verses about how He hates idols like Moloch.
