This is viewed a truth for most of the educated world, theist included, and contains substantiated facts to back their position.
You don't have to like the truth, or be part of the majority.
That is True. and at the same time, being a part of the "majority" doesn't equate to being right in one's "facts". That is what the lack of "precise details" is admitting.
Your bold first statement is NOT A PART OF THE IAP---but your own assessment.

"""We, the undersigned Academies of Sciences, have learned that in various parts of the world, within science courses taught in certain public systems of education, scientific evidence, data, and testable theories about the origins and evolution of life on Earth are being concealed, denied, or confused with theories not testable by science. """
Outhouse, without the admitted lack of "precise details", the "theories being "tested" are NOT and have NOT been "tested" properly. "testable theories" confirm the details.
Because "science" can not test Religious answers to the questions of the origins of all things doesn't mean that the "origins" and method was not the "fact of the matter".
Also these from the IAP: """Scientific knowledge derives from a mode of inquiry into the nature of the universe that has been successful and of great consequence. Science focuses on (i) observing the natural world and (ii)formulating testable and refutable hypotheses to derive deeper explanations for observable phenomena. When evidence is sufficiently compelling, scientific theories are developed that account for and explain that evidence, and predict the likely structure or process of still unobserved phenomena."""
Outhouse, looking out my window I see the "natural world". However, a "big bang" and spontaneous emergence of "life" from nothing does NOT answer the questions of HOW? From What? Why? When? One is told the answers in the Bible by the one who made it all. (As you wrote, one doesn't have to like or believe it. The Bible does list consequences, for disbelief.)
AND:"""Human understanding of value and purpose are outside of natural sciences scope. However, a number of components scientific, social, philosophical, religious, cultural and political contribute to it. These different fields owe each other mutual consideration, while being fully aware of their own areas of action and their limitations."""
Outhouse all that is saying is what "we say is to be believed". "Scientific"(human understanding) is paramount. I hear echos from the serpent's conversation with Eve---believe me and not the Creator GOD of all things.
The Angel(messenger) of Rev.14:6-7, is proclaiming to the world the everlasting Gospel. "And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters."
