I want a one world government, but the kind I want is like what they have on Star Trek. No money, people work at what they are good at, there is a vast amount of freedom to enjoy life. Imagine trying to engage in diplomatic relations with other planets when we can't even stop squabbling over dumb spit amongst ourselves on this planet.

I will go on record and say that I voted for Bush in his first term. But completely did a 180 after some of the policies set in place during that term. So I'm not a Bush hater (how could I since I voted for him to be President), I'm just appalled at how his Presidency turned out.

It's a socialist utopia.

You'd have to remove currency. That's easy with replicators and teleporters and holodecks. Also, you'd have to have confirmed contact with extraterrestrials. This would cause Earth's population to view itself more globally.

First we need a warp drive. Then contact with the Vulcans. After that, world peace. Then we can join the federation of planets and somehow become the center of that universe while being a newcomer.

I'd shoot him right in the face and not think twice about it.

And what's with all the fighting with swords, spears, and such? Shoot the jerks!

You wait until Obama's term is over, if there is a country left, you will really be grieved. How do you like his government take over in Wisconsin? Do you think he will be able to void the people's vote there?

I thought maybe the same would happen with Clinton, but it actually got better. And I doubt that Obama's term will destroy our country. Personally I believe Bush put us in this mess.
