Goats

Be your own guru
Aja (Sanskrit - goat, also one without birth), that is also Lord Brahma's (Prajapati) name. Since Daksha, the prajapati (Lord of the Humans, the first human) was beheaded by Lord Shiva and later a goats head was affixed on him.

Here are some "The Men Who Stare at Goats" movie
The Men Who Stare at Goats (2004) is a book by Jon Ronson concerning the U.S. Army's exploration of New Age concepts and the potential military applications of the paranormal. The title refers to attempts to kill goats by staring at them. The book is companion to a three-part TV series broadcast in Britain on Channel 4 — Crazy Rulers of the World (2004) — the first episode of which is also entitled "The Men Who Stare at Goats". The same title was used a third time for a loose feature film adaptation in 2009.

I like goats, but it's so hard to find a restaurant which serves'm.
Even some Ethiopian eateries eschew goat.
Try Ashoka Indian Restaurant on Rochester road just north of Big Beaver, but you might call first if you want goat. Some times they have it on the lunch buffet, which is quite excellent btw, and I normally do not trust buffets as I spent time in the e.r. after eating at a different buffet about 20 years ago.

That's too great a journey too far for me just to dine.
But I appreciate the heads up....just in case I'm ever up that'a way.

You're welcome. BTW, for what it's worth, it's my favorite restaurant in the Detroit metro area. Try and catch the lunch buffet, especially on Sundays, but do get there before 1:00 even though they close the buffet at 2:00. This way you can taste a good variety of both meat and vegetarian dishes-- no bacon though.

Wouldn't an Ethiopian restaurant involve sitting around a bare table while vultures circle the skinny kid in the corner?
Hah!
I've heard others too.....
Which is the bride at an Ethopian wedding?
She's the one lying next to the groom.

Anyway, Ethopian restaurants have great fare.
To those unfamiliar.....you sit around a table, often made of a basket.
The brind out piles of various dishes sitting on a huge piece of bread.
You use the bread to pick up the food.
Then on the way home, you complain about eating too much.

Pbbbbbtttt!
Do bears eat hikers!
It's great, but I preferred the Red Sea (in Ypsi) until it closed.
RIP
Never was at the Red Sea, and I don't much get into that area over the last couple of years. I used to go to at least two "M" football games each year because friends of mine have season tickets, but my back is bad enough whereas I had to stop. I really do miss going to the Big House. The longest I stayed in Ann Arbor was a week long 8 hours per day seminar on the north campus that was on the Middle East.

Never been to a football game.
Never will.
The Red Sea was a little hole in the wall & cheaper than The Blue Nile.
Also it wasn't all-you-can-eat, so I over-indulged less.

But I'm shocked that you went at all there since I assume they didn't serve bacon.

One should broaden one's horizons when opportunity knocks.
You might've missed posts about it, but I also regularly eat at a local vegan place, Earthen Jar.
