God has nothing to do with the evil in the world.

The bad in the world is because people decide to do bad things and things like disease is nature not evil.

The biggest question here is: Why do you find it important to say God is responsible for no evil at all? Do you need to believe in that to keep going with your life?

I am asking because you haven't put forth any argument... at all. It sounds like you just wanted to utter those words for some reason. What reason is it?

Haha to keep going? Nah. I’d like to believe that gods intentions were/are pure. It’s really that simple.

And what is the point... exactly?

You want to believe in that... because... ?
I believe without god there would be nothing. I am grateful to God. Believing that god’s intentions were/are pure is just one of the many ways I show my gratitude. I’m not into blame, especially when it comes to God

Smells like an abusive relationship.

Take off your rose colored glasses. Look to see what is rather than what you want it to be.

God hides nothing. All the secrets of the universe and God stare us in the face. How long did mankind watch birds fly before they figured out how?

A Being capable of creating this universe has to be very smart. Perhaps it's time to widen the view in order to understand. How can evil be a part of a Masterpiece? What purpose does it serve? Why does it exist? Why does this universe exist? Why do we exist?

True understanding must include answering all the millions of questions one who really seeks to know must be asking. The mosaic has many views to see before there is understanding. Look at a painting up close and it is a mess. Take a few steps back to see it's really a Masterpiece!!!! It was there all along!!!

That's what I see. It's very clear!!

I believe when God created all things it got a little tricky when it came to death. I hate death but it is a natural part of life. I’m not saying that disease and mental health issues are a natural part of life. What I’m saying is that Gods creation act, while simple to execute, was complex in its entirety. To have just death be the only bad thing was not in the cards unfortunately. I do believe without death everlasting life would’ve been impossible

I hear ya but I would say that's nature which I view as good. It's unfortunate. Tsunamis, hurricanes etc. Would I call them evil? Nah semantics... A world without these things could be worse. Who knows.

I suppose I could say certain natural things are bad. Like hurricanes etc. But take them away. Idk. We might experience what bad really is. Then it might be evil at that point. So are they really bad? This conversation is dumb when you think about it. All I know is natural disasters hurt a lot of people. God bless them.

If it's semantics, then as a whole, there is no good or evil, except as how you perceive it.

Which I think others have already stated that's how morality works.

I keep things simple. I think there is good and evil. I’m not gonna get to weird about it.
