God is a Man (What is a "Spirit?")

I bear witness that there is no God but Allah and I bear witness that Moses, David, Jesus, and Muhammad are His Messengers.

As-Salaam Alaikum/Shalom Aleichem/Peace be unto you.

"Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils." Psalms 18:15

This Scripture from the Pslams tells us Allah (God; Jehovah; Jah; YHWH; etc.) has nostrils wherein flow "breath." That is clear proof that Allah (God; Jehovah; Jah; YHWH; etc.) is a Man.

The New Testament says that Allah (God; Jehovah; Jah; YHWH; etc.) is a Spirit but what is the meaning of the word "Spirit"? The Greek word translated as "Spirit" is "pneuma" and pneuma means:

"the spirit, i.e. the vital principal by which the body is animated a) the rational spirit, the power by which the human being feels, thinks, decides"

If we analyze these definitions then we see that "spirit" is only part of something that is a human being or has a body. Allah's (God's; Jehovah's; Jah's; YHWH's; etc.) *nostrils* *breathe.*

Closing this out, I would like to cite Habakkuk 3:3-6:

"(3) God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise. (4) And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power. (5) Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet. (6) He stood, and measured the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting."

Here again we see Allah (God; Jehovah; Jah; YHWH; etc.) having hands & feet and coming from the land of Teman. "Spirit" means "the energy of life" so energy does not have hands & feet. Allah (God; Jehovah; Jah; YHWH; etc.) is a Man whose flesh dies and another Man then becomes Allah (God; Jehovah; Jah; YHWH; etc.) but He ("He," not "It") is a Human Being. These things have been revealed to us by Allah (God; Jehovah; Jah; YHWH; etc.) Who came in the Person of Master W. Fard Muhammad and raised up a Messenger for us named Elijah Muhammad and His Messenger is represented to the world today by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

"...My servant continues to draw near to Me with supererogatory works so that I shall love him. When I love him I am his hearing with which he hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks..."

This is why the Muslim ummah is so impotent and weak, you don't follow what the Qur'an says, you follow your made up doctrines. The West will continue to "crap on" (excuse the expression) the Muslim world as long as you continue to deviate from the Prophet's (pbuh) path.

This is what THE QUR'AN says (nevermind your false doctrine:)

"(2)This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who keep their duty, (3)Who believe in the Unseen and keep up prayer and spend out of what We have given them, (4)And who believe in that which has been revealed to thee and that which was revealed before thee, and of the Hereafter they are sure." Surah 2:2-4

"(40)O Children of Israel, call to mind My favour which I bestowed on you and be faithful to (your) covenant with Me, I shall fulfil (My) covenant with you; and Me, Me alone, should you fear. (41)And believe in that which I have revealed, verifying that which is with you,..." Surah 2:40-41

These ayats when combined tell us that true believers in Islam believe in the Bible, because the Bible is "that which is with" the Children of Israel. Now the Bible says that Man is the temple of Allah, just like hadith qudsi #25 says. "Spirits" don't beget and they are not begotten but they are "housed" in flesh and blood. Allah is the Supreme Being so no other being is like Him.

He describes hell as a fire and says that the disbelievers are in "hell," which is only a CONDITION that is experienced in this physical life. Maybe you can testify as a dibeliever that you are experiencing hell...

Well, the Orthodox Muslim world has actually deviated from the path of Muhammad (pbuh,) the Prophet whom they claim to follow. That Prophet in fact prophesied that his community would deviate from his path. So they are not true representatives of the God of the Holy Qur'an (Allah.) I also have heard testimony about the way that they oppress women, but as they are in deviation from their Prophet's path, they again practice made up beliefs that oppose the God of the Holy Qur'an, like oppressing women. I really think that their treatment of women is one of the reasons that the God of the Holy Qur'an causes the West to kick them (the Orthodox Muslim world) around like they are nothing. But that's their problem...they must come back to the path of their Prophet, Muhammad.

If you want to learn about True Islam, then the man that you have to listen to today is the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. He is the National Representative of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, who is believed by the Nation of Islam (Minister Farrakhan's group) to be the Messiah that the world has been expecting. No Ma'am. I believe that Muslim countries need to return to the Holy Qur'an and become one true Nation of Islam. If by "Westernisation" you mean that Muslim countries should be more secular and stop letting religion rule their societies, then no I don't believe that they should be Westernised. I believe in fighting only in self-defense, as the Holy Qur'an admonishes, so I don't believe in trying to bring the world to Islam through war. Well Octavia156, first, I guess that I failed to mention it on this thread, but, I am not Muslim. I do believe in the Holy Qur'an, as anyone can, and the religion that I follow is Sabianism. I believe in the Teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, who is represented to the world today by Minister Louis Farrakhan whos says that I don't need to convert to another religion; he says that I just need to practice entire submission to the Will of Allah (God) and I can follow whichever Prophet that I am comfortable following. The Sabianism that I practice means being a follower of the Prophet Noah (pbuh.)

And about the Qur'an, I read from the Honorable Elijah Muhammad that some translations of the Holy Qur'an are actually "poisonous" in their translation of the Arabic...if you would like to read the Holy Qur'an, I would suggest the Maulana Muhammad Ali translation, and if not that translation, then the Yusuf Ali translation. Neither of those translations say anything about oppressing women but give admonition to both males & females on how to behave.

I know I am going to get a lot of hate for this post but I don't mean to offend anyone. Is there any proof that there is a God? Sure there's a holy book in some religions and there are tales about him and how the world started... but the only one thing we can be sure about is Science. The only way we can think God is real is by believing. Surely if there was a God, surely he/she would of stopped all this violence in the world about Religion. Therefor is shall not believe in a unless a God comes down to earth and shows us that he/she is truly real. I mean if religion was false and you are a monk or a nun, you would have spent your whole life dedicated to something not true and what if there was no after life? Your life would of been wasted worshiping someone or something that does not exist.

I do not mean to offend anyone by this, I would just like to state my opinion.

So you think Moderate Mulsims are more in line with Mohemmed than Orhodox muslims... interesting.
