World's Tallest Hobbit
Ooo, FBI just prompted another suggestion for me!

Remus Lupin and Sirius Black from "The Prisoner of Azkaban". *huggles the thought of them both*

Speaking of favorite movie characters that could also be favorite fictional characters, I'd say Alan Arkin as Yossarian from "Catch-22." That was my favorite book throughout high school.

And then, speaking of Alan Arkin, I'd then go on to list his character from "Wait Until Dark" as the scariest villan. I forget which Stephen King book I was reading, in which he was writing about horror, that he put forth that that character was the most frightening one he'd seen, but I agreed with him completely.

CHEECH & CHONG- Everyone’s favorite potheads. Who could forget such memorable comedies such as UP IN SMOKE, NEXT MOVIE, or NICE DREAMS?

ATTACK OF THE 60ft CENTERFOLD- J.J. North brought all her acting “skills” to the big screen in this raunchy remake of the ATTACK OF THE 50ft WOMAN. I also heard she owns her comic store in New Jersey. Directed by Fred Olen Ray.

KISS ME QUICK-Described as the best “nudie-cutie” ever, the character of Sterilox (Frank A. Coe) with a dead-on Stan Laurel impersonation was what made it memorable for me. Sterilox is an alien going to earth in search of women to help repopulate his species.

FASTER PUSSYCAT!! KILL!! KILL!!- Russ Meyer’s “bad girl” movie supports three outstanding characters. Varla (Tura Satana), Rosie (Haji) and Billie (Lori Williams).

BLACK BELT JONES-Jim Kelly plays BLACK BELT JONES and is considered one of the leading martial arts actors of his time. It spawned a sequel BLACK BELT JONES: THE CHINESE CONNECTION and launched him to a successful acting career with such notable films as THREE THE HARD WAY.

PAM GRIER-Noted female actress of 70’s “blaxplotation” films of the 70’s. Memorable characters include COFFY, FOXY BROWN, THE BIG DOLL HOUSE, BLACK MAMA, WHITE MAMA and many others.

PRETTY IN PINK-Jon Cryer played “Ducky” in this 80’s teenage flick as annoying as he was he had some good moments and seemed like a stand up friend to Molly Ringwald’s Andie Walsh.

THE BOWERY BOYS-Started out as the Dead End Kids then became The East Side Kids until the became The Bowery Boys. Memorable for their fighting routines “c’mon guys Routine 63!!” and their comedic hi-jinks. Leo Gorcey played the “chief”. Huntz Hall was Horace Debussey “Sach” Jones and Bernard Gorcey played Louie the owner of the ice cream parlor.

WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT?- Christopher Lloyd’s character Judge Doom. I can’t think of anyone who wasn’t on the edge of their seat during the end when Roger’s Achilles’ Heel of “Shave and a Haircut” was recited.

THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW-Tim Curry (Dr. Frank-n-furter) steals the show. Honorable mention goes to Meatloaf and Richard O’Brien as well as Brad and Janet.

JAY AND SILENT BOB- These two characters were featured if only briefly in Kevin Smith’s movies DOGMA, CLERKS, MALLRATS, CHASING AMY and their own feature JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK.

CRUMB- Robert Crumb is a character in his own right but in Terry Zwigoff’s biographical movie CRUMB we get to know a little more about the mind of the artist.

DR. GOLDFOOT AND THE BIKINI MACHINE-A stretch for the evil aspects of Vincent Price (Dr. Goldfoot) but he was good enough in this movie to spawn an inferior sequel DR. GOLDFOOT AND THE BIKINI BOMBS.
