Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“If anyone travels on a road in search of knowledge, Allah will cause him to travel on one of the roads of Paradise...

The superiority of the learned man over the devout is like that of the moon, on the night when it is full, over the rest of the stars.

The learned are the heirs of the Prophets, and the Prophets leave neither dinar nor dirham, leaving only knowledge, and he who takes it takes an abundant portion.”

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, although in both lies goodness.

Keenly pursue what benefits you, seek help only from Allah, and do not give up.

If something befalls you, do not say, ‘If only I had done otherwise,’ but rather say, ‘Allah’s Will be done,’ for ‘if only’ opens the door to Satan’s mischief.”

“When you ask for anything, ask it from God, and if you seek help, seek the help of God.

Know that if the people were to unite to do you some benefit, they could benefit you only with what God had recorded for you, and that if they were to unite to do you some injury, they could injure you only with what God had recorded for you.

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

“Strange are the ways of a believer for there is good in every affair of his, and this is not the case with anyone else except in the case of a believer; for if he has an occasion to feel delight, he thanks (God); thus there is a good for him in it, and if he gets into trouble and shows resignation (and endures it patiently), there is a good for him in it.”

One day Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) noticed a Bedouin leaving his camel without tying it and he asked the Bedouin,

"Why don't you tie down your camel?"

The Bedouin answered:

"I put my trust in Allah."

The Prophet then said:

“Tie your camel first, then put your trust in Allah”
