Hadith (Sayings of the Prophet pbuh)

[Cordoba]

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

[FONT=Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"[/FONT][FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Indeed amazing are the affairs of a believer! They are all for his benefit.

If he is granted ease then he is thankful, and this is good for him.

And if he is afflicted with a hardship, he perseveres, and this is good for him.[/FONT][FONT=Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"[/FONT]

(Hadith in Sahih Muslim)

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

Every good deed of Adam's son is for him except fasting; it is for Me, and I shall reward (the fasting person) for it.'

Verily, the smell of the mouth of a fasting person is better to Allah than the smell of musk."[/FONT]

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

Rather, it is also abstaining from ignorant and indecent speech.

So if anyone abuses you or behaves ignorantly to you, then say: I am fasting, I am fasting.[/FONT][FONT=Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"[/FONT]

Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
