Am I missing something, Or has music died (or at least gotten sick) after the late seventies and early to mid eighties? What happened to the music? It seems bands just don't care anymore. They don't really understand anymore. The music is written for money, and nothing else. Go back to Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd. That was good, quality music, almost regardless of who you ask. Almost anyone can appreciate it. But nowadays, all music is the same stuff, spewed from the mouth of the blood-sucking leeches we call the music industry. What do you think?
This isn't to say all music now is bad, only that most is. I like most power metal, but then, most power metal originates in the seventies and eighties. I also like other forms of metal, but then, most of those also originate in the seventies and eighties.
