Have you ever witnessed magic work?

I have visions, I can create pleasure for myself and others, I also can sing like jet engine, I also make trees and other things glow.

What kind of healing magic did you use? I practice Reiki, and though I've had success in aiding others, I've had little to no success on myself.

I actually evoked a goddess using a combination of crystal magic (amethyst pendulum magic) and Runecraft. So it was crystal healing magic with spiritual help by summoning an entity.

Of course not, but if all that is offered in a dialogue is anecdotal rhetoric and personal attacks than it is meaningless.
There are gullible fools that will believe the results of whatever if the result is what they desire it to be.

That addresses the "personal attacks" portion of your statement.

No idea what anecdotal rhetoric to which you are referring.

If you have ever dabbled in magic and gotten the desired results, I'd appreciate your testimony. Thanks :)

Yes and it gets easier and easier everytime, I may one day write a book about my experiments and experiences with the supernormal while I still have a mind left.

I actually had done healing magic on myself to ease physical pains I've been having. Since then I've seen magic work in even the smallest ways. If you believe in it, magic can work wonders, even in ways you don't expect.

Interesting. I'd be interested to see if you could perform some on me not so much physical healing but more psychological, I'm curious to see and learn. I've always thought magic was about incantations for specific things to manipulate reality (for example I want to chant to manipulate someone to fall in love with me etc).

On a Pagan chat group that I'm on, that topic comes up a lot. Generally what I tell people (young adults, mostly,) is that "love spells" don't work, but you can do things to improve your chances.

About a year and a half ago, I was taking this test to determine what classes I'd get into in college. So I hadn't studied at all, had been off my ADHD medication for weeks, stayed up past midnight the night before, didn't eat much that day. I should have failed, right?

But the night before, I did this ritual involving homemade lavender bread (lavender is for memory, according to Google) and invoking the names of Hecate, Athena, and Hestia. I figured it's better than nothing.

The next day I just completely forgot about it and I was a complete mess during the test, so my expectations were in the toilet. But I got into the highest level classes a freshman could at that school.

If I had ever seen magic in action, I'd believe in it. I am close friends with a family of pagans who claim to be involved in some powerful rituals along these lines though. If anyone could convince me, it would be them. I guess convincing me is not a priority of theirs, even though they have let me in on a lot of their family secrets. This isn't why we're friends though, so I'm not too hung up on this.

I certainly believe paranormal events can happen, but I stopped pursuing any way to summon the power! I've had friends who were ill affected, by Ouija boards and spirit mediums!

Deuteronomy 18:10-12 was quite enlightening to me..... it puts "inquiring of the dead" on the same level as "magic", "divination" and "spiritism".

On a side note:
It's interesting that the words "pharmacy" & "pharmaceuticals" derive from the Greek word "pharmakeia", which means 'sorcery' or 'spiritism.'

The abuse of drugs can lower one's mental guard, and leave their mind open to control from spirits.

Spirits can act as imposters of the dead, too. Since I believe the dead "know nothing", as Ecclesiastes 9:5 and Psalms 146:4 state, I feel all accounts of people contacting their dead loved ones, who think they genuinely had / do.... they were / are actually talking with spirit demon imposters!

Now that's a lot of paranormal activity! -- Revelation 12:9.
