He is Risen - The Evidence

Paul's revelation is a testimonial evidence (written in his letters - not in Acts). Not an irrefutable proof. Just something to consider (even if his theology is questionable). Yes, Paul substantiated his authority on revelations.

sure. So is Joseph Smith's evidence of the revelations by the angel Moroni to update Christianity into Mormonism. So is the revelations to update Christianity to the Islam version by the angel Gabrielle. Every religion is basically this.
Same even with the modern Cargo cults in the Pacific where tribes were visited by military and phone lines were set up on islands. Religious leaders began claiming they were hearing religious messages in the phone poles. Later when anthropologists returned many years later they had changed things up a bit. Now the revelations had come from a fictional savior (John Navy and John From) who came to the priest in a vision. Obviously they had met Navy men "My name is John, I'm from the USA" and these stories became morphed into a savior deity who weld magic which originally was modern technology.
Someone wants to promote a religious movement (usually with political reasons) and they claim the demigod contacted them. Before sons and daughters of Gods were the rage it was actual contact from the God. Like Yahweh speaking in the OT.

The time to consider it is when there is good evidence. Not a anecdotal message that mirrors the current dogma and political views of the person giving the message.

We already know that early Christians were faking with half of the Epistles? They changed Paul's political views to mirror church views and eventually scholarship realized the writing styles were completely different. Church fathers. Lied. So it's extremely likely Paul was adding some flare to his writings.
