That is a good question. Simply transferring memories shouldn't actually change the person: we all form new memories all the time but we don't become someone else in the process. You could, in principle, make a person think they were someone else with this process by giving them false memories. It might even give them a false sense of guilt if you gave them the memory of a crime they never committed. So yes, that could be a pretty sticky situation to pass judgment over. Presumably, God would only hold us accountable for things that we actually did and actually intended to do.i said that would may happened , in first sentence
