Questions to ask yourself:

• Am I willing to work for justice and peace? That's a good place to start.
• Am I willing to invest my time in improving my behavior/self worth/love for others/etc/other?
• Do I believe that children are the future?
• Is goodness something I define or something I discover or something that is changeable?
• What matters to me about ultimate beings?
• Could ultimate beings define good and evil?
• Where am I on the scale of beings?
• Should we honor those who have died? Forget them? Are they relevant or irrelevant?
• Is it Ok to disagree? Under what circumstances if any?
• What if I believe that someone is evil/dangerous/stupid? How should I affect change and should I try to change them?

We have all sorts of things here. Ultimate beings are on aisle 3. Ask for help if you need to lift heavy philosophical meanderings or need something off of the top shelf.

You say that you are agnostic which is a good place to start. For me it has been the place I stopped (for now). I call myself an Agnostic but I may have a slightly different definition than you. Most serious philosophers as well as Thomas Huxley, who coined the term Agnosticism, define Agnosticism as the position that the existence and nature of god or gods is not known or can't be known.
The evidence for that notion is simple: ask the believers to define what a god is. You won't get one single property that all of them can agree upon.
But you also say that you are spiritual and that you consider reincarnation possible, so you should look at Buddhism. There are different schools of Buddhism and the more philosophical ones don't have a "god" concept.
Hinduism also has the concept of reincarnation but they have a multitude of gods and the questionable concept of castes.
And then there is neo-paganism, an odd group of mostly New Age spiritualist were many believe in reincarnation and a pantheon.

We are united as one body, in all the world, both in teachings, and Christian love.
This is due to the fact that no matter which part of the world we reside, we are all fed by one "shepherd". Matthew 24:45, and we endeavor to live by the Bible's moral standards, and principles, and the teachings and example of Jesus Christ.
Hence, we stay separate from the world - by staying politically neutral, free from racial prejudices (Our congregations are made up of people of all races and cultures) John 17:11-19.

Many of our beliefs and activities are not popular, but are based on scripture. For example... We preach the Good News of the Kingdom of God, from door to door, and on the streets, just as Jesus did, and as he instructed his followers to do. (Luke 8:1-3; 9:1-6; 10:1-7; Matthew 24:14; 28:19, 20)
We also do not celebrate the world's holiday - like Christmas, Easter, etc. nor those of patriotism... among others.

I am wondering though, when you say you "felt no real connection to the religion", what do you mean?

Thank you for the information, it was that I just never fully believed what was taught in church and my CofE primary school and now I have undertook religious education I feel even more distant from my old religion as I feel that there are hypocrisies within it. Maybe it’s because I was forced to pray in school and at Scouts, but I never really felt like I was doing anything other than repeating meaningless words. This is part of the issue, I'm just confused about everything!

I can relate to everything you said.
I felt exactly the same way when I left the religion I grew up with, and decided to stay at home.
That's why I can say the Jehovah's Witnesses are a big help to people searching for answers, because 1) they search people out, no matter where they dwell (if you live in caves, they will likely find you, ). 2) They study the Bible with you... at your own pace, which may take years,,, but at the end of the day, you learn the Bible for yourself, analyze if God is, or not, for yourself. 3) they allow you to make the decision on what you will do with the information (and your life) for yourself.

I was able to learn what the Bible really teaches, rather than "church" traditions, and have my own convictions.

Just so you know, there are several versions of reincarnation.
