How do you relax?

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
My daughter lived in a very old home in a little village in Germany for several years. For one thing, the house was four stories tall! For another thing, she had basically no yard. Finally, she shared the original house (which had been changed a lot over the decades and actually hundreds of years) with a business and another home. Don't get me wrong - it was very picturesque and I loved many things about it but still - it was really something else. She had a wine cellar, for instance, and it had the date of 1703 or something like that on it.

"Be strong", I whispered to my coffee.

I just remember you posting that one last year because I thought there is no way I could live that close to so many other houses lol

I was raised on a farm just outside a small country village. From starting college I've always lived in and around a city. Retiring here was like going home (but warmer)

The houses are mostly detached but built close to each other.
