Absolutely. Again I completely agree with you. You absolutely have the right to have a tv, and to watch that tv if you choose to do so. You also have a right not to watch that tv. It is your choice and that is the way it should be.

The only problem comes when some delusional people get it into their heads that they have the right to dictate what is on tv.

but if that choice is made due to someone or something else in this case homosexuals on tv...is it my choice or am i being coerced...:)

other people choices appear to effect other people...:)

tricky isn't it...:)

so you are admitting gays effect my rights, so it does do harm, thank you for finally giving the truth...:)

no i am pointing out your hypocrisy...
homosexuality is a part of reality...
sort of like learning that you can't run through a wall...it hurts the 1st time you try to.

Are you trying to suggest that homosexuals are controlling your brain? Have you tried stuffing your hat with tinfoil?

If that fails might I suggest the following alternatives.
Leave it to Beaver
Father knows Best

Seriously my friend, the actions of other people will have an effect on you. Welcome to reality. You may not want to be exposed to reality, but nowhere in any constitution of any country I am aware of do have a right to prevent reality from being broadcast on tv. The only effect here is that it may shake you out of some of your delusions. I don’t see any harm.

mmmm..but wait a sec said homosexuals are ok because they dont effect others lives and I believe you yourself said it was my choice to switch off my tv when it clearly isn't because I am being coerced by homosexuals on tv...:)

so i think we are all agreed homosexuals effect others lives....:)

We all affect each other’s lives, but you still have not shown any harm.

When a racist watches tv and sees an interracial couple they may feel that he is being “coerced” into turning it off. Do you believe racists are being harmed by what is on tv these days? Do you think they should be able to control what is on tv?

Personally I was “coerced” to get rid of my tv because of the ironically named “reality television”. But believe me I have suffered no harm by turning it off.

Oh for gawds sake.
You effect the quality of this forum,
but what has that to do with equality of rights?

Should I simply be able to ban you,
because I find your posts offensively vapid and disingenuous?
I've been wondering if this is some sort of spam-bot, because I don't understand how one person could have so much time on their hands to churn out comments all day long for days on end.

I've seen the claim marriage is between one man and one woman. And my post pointing out men of God having many wives was never addressed.

I recommend the documentary "For the bible tells me so"
It talks about biology, psychology AND has several biblical scholars that speak on the subject.
It also shows specific cases that show what the discrimination and hatred do to people and tear apart families.
