AF is no fun, so worth making a bit of an effort, I think.

I think it is, too, but I don't think Mom cares. Out of the hospital, back to the bar. Its not just the booze itself for her, its her social life, and friends(who consist of other nightly bargoers), and I don't think she'll ever change that. Her social life(pertaining to just friends, not family) has always come first.

She did get a new boyfriend that doesn't smoke, and expressed interest in stopping that bad habit, at least. I hear smoking is really nasty for one's heart.
