How to deal with mini-nazis?

I am always suprised and It happens all the time. I make friends with someone they drop there guard and start spouting out garbage. I always point out my view and let them decide if we should still be friends. I try to lead the way.
But its not just nationals, I have immigrant friends my wife is an immigrant and they are exactly the same. See how they punish us because were different becomes these gringoes are XXXXXX at dinner with family.
It seems to be natural for some humans.

In my city, we've had issues with Burmese immigrants spitting, urinating and even defecating in laundromats and other public areas. Not cool.
Also, I've read stories about Muslim immigrants sexually assaulting European women in their own country for not wearing a hijab.

See now you are doing it.
You have heard that ... so immigarants must be creazy/stupid/evil, and definatly not lik us (what ever us means).
It may be natural for a society to find a group of easily identifiable people that you can blame your problems on, but that doesn't mean that it is right to do so.
What about times when a problem is being caused by one specific demographic?

What are you babbling about? I never said immigrants are crazy, stupid or evil, nor did I blame them for "my problems". How exactly does merely providing real world examples of culture clash make one a "mini-nazi"? Is it so wrong to dislike public defecation and rape?
Also, race and culture are two completely different things.

Again, there is a difference between race and culture. It's necessary to understand that before engaging in this conversation. It's silly to pretend that compatibility issues don't exist between various cultures. It has nothing to do with genetic makeup.
Was it? What I can see is that she is making the very correct point that associations between cultural clashes and ethnic groups are a slippery and dangerous slope.

No you didn't say that immigrants are crazy, stupid or evil, you just told stories about how immigrants are.
They where just stories you heard, but when you tell them what prople hear is 'this is what Father Heathen thinks immigrants are like'.
You didn't choose to tell the story of the nice immigrant lady next door who helped you with carrie that big heavy box (or som other nice story about immigrants).
People who spit, urinate and defecate in public areas and sexually assaulting European women are not what I would call nice normal people. I would probably call them creazy/stupid or evil.
So by telling these stories you have heard you help people associate the word immigrant with 'bad things'.
You didn't actually blame your problem on immigrants, I apologize for writing that.
The reason for writing it is of cause that that is usually the next step.
People start thinking immigrants=problems, no immigrants = no problems.

Differences exist between those who're of the same culture. So your argument is meaningless.
EDIT: You also seem to be a dishonest person. You mentioned rape while talking about immigrants as if rape is something exclusive to immigrants. This is definitely bigotry on your part. Or, if you believe all people, regardless of culture and race, are capable of committing rape, then why specifically mention rape while talking about immigrants? Either way, it shows you're a dishonest person.

So how does one properly address the cultural issue of excrement upon laundromat floors, or the issue of people trying to impose a foreign culture through violence (i.e. no hijab = rape), without becoming a so-called "mini-nazi"? Downplay and dismiss it?
