How to die safely?

Why would I trust some person that has never experienced death? Not near death let's get that clear first, you have just as much knowledge about what happens after we die as everyone else, which is zero.
I am not talking about NDEs. People who have actually died have knowledge of the afterlife, and they have communicated to people in this world and described what it is like in the spiritual world. Whether you choose to believe in that kind of thing is your own choice. It makes sense to me because all the reports that come back are similar and these communications also concur with what is in my religious scriptures. That is how I reason it out.
It's false hope saying you know what you don't factually know, and telling people with some kind of authority of what will happen. That nonsense truly tees me off.
Nobody can ever "factually know" about the afterlife because it cannot be proven as a fact. But that does not mean it does not exist, and I am not going to wait until I die to find out what I could have found out before I died because I know there is an afterlife and I believe that I need some preparation for the afterlife.

No one can know? And yet there are books written by people that "know."

I don't how many times someone can say this, you literally just said nobody can know, then said, "but I know it's real." What?

Does that mental contortion ever tire you?

Let me correct that for you. I know that there IS an afterlife because of what my religion says but I do not know exactly what it will be like IN the afterlife. The books written by spirit communicators describe some of the conditions in the afterlife but the words we have cannot really explain something that is SO different from this earth life.

“The nature of the soul after death can never be described, nor is it meet and permissible to reveal its whole character to the eyes of men.........
The world beyond is as different from this world as this world is different from that of the child while still in the womb of its mother. When the soul attaineth the Presence of God, it will assume the form that best befitteth its immortality and is worthy of its celestial habitation.”

You're right,
but we shouldn't forgot that religion is a project of creation of good and righteous people and from God.

Dying as an atheist sounds kind of risky and potentially hazardous to one's health.

According to Muslims, dying as a Christian , Buddhist, Hindu, or a Jew is a hazardous to one's health. According to Christians, dying a Muslim, Jew, or a non-Christian is not a safe way to die..

Yet all of them are convinced with certainty that they have the truth. Who on Earth do I listen to? What is your idea of a way to die that ensures your safety and security?

They're all certain even though they haven't spoken to someone after they died, but hey Its a journey we all have to take and there's no travel brochure for it but its a journey.

I intend to die without being conned by scoundrels into believing in an afterlife.
I have terminal cancer and am quite content to simply cease to exist at the end.

I once read that one should "slide in sideways shouting yahoo". That suits me.

I suggest to show a shutgun every time a missionary appears at your door. Ignorance is bliss, in this particular case.

That's terrible! It seems you are approaching fate in a way that is courageous. All of us will reach a point where tomorrow is our last day.
