Seems that Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona kind of used President Regan's words and changed the entire concept of President Regan's words in a speach to the Western Governors Assoiacition winter meeting.
Cardona said: ”I think it was President Reagan said, "We're from the government. We're here to help"".
When in fact President Regan actually said: "The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the gobvernment, and I'm here to help".
Now given the point that Regan did say what the words that Cardona used but it is obvious that President Regan didn't try to put forth the idea that Cardona is advocating for. Now I don't know if Cardona doesn't know that President Regan was not exactly in favor of big governent, or was using the same subterfuge that some politicans and news media personalities use. However, either way it makes him look like an uneducated and or uninformed individual. Now in my opinion Secretary Cordona is an indication of why our public schools are doing so poorley.

Biden Education Secretary Miguel Cardona botches Reagan quote. His 'oops' moment matters.
Education Secretary Miguel Cardona's unintentional slip, while amusing, is eye-opening into how the Biden administration views its role in our lives.
