"How we know Democrats want Trump killed".

Mny European politicians are very attentive when it deals with expressing their real stance on this war.
Because they do know that if they openly affirm that they want to work on a ceasefire and on a peace between Russia and Ukraine, someone can try to get rid of them.
As it happened to Fico: he openly said that he was seeking peace with Russia, and some pro-Ukrainian shill tried to kill him.

We want our own politicians to live!
Meaningless.

Kathryn

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
Any very young person in the USA can acquire an assault rifle, we hear that this idiot's daddy bought it for him not long before this incident. In a land where over one hundred people die every day because of gun freedom I cannot understand how Trump's security team didn't 'clock' this shooter more quickly, and I'm surprised that they lifted Trump high up in the air when they carried him! ........they need sorting out, I reckon.
Just to clarify, I can find zero sources that state that the shooter's dad bought the gun for him. Also, I didn't see Trump's security team lift Trump high up in the air when they carried him. Do you have a source for either of these?

Trump's very very good at diplomacy.
He can't talk without rambling, he shoved world diplomats out of the way to be in the front of a picture, he kept insisting Merkel make trade deals with him she didn't have the authority to make amd he is very terribly quick to take offense and dish out insults. That's the opposite of very good at diplomacy.
Amd his kids needs to stay the **** and hell out. This is a liberal democracy and inherited titles are unconstitutional. They weren't elected, it's a severe conflict of interests, it's more evidence Trump is total **** at diplomacy.

Trump's very very good at diplomacy. In his family many people can speak several European languages.
Trump is absolutely terrible at diplomacy. That's why so many foreign leaders loathe him, and he tanked our standing in the international community. I'm sure Melania can speak at least a couple non-English languages. I'm also sure Trump can't. Further, I'm sure that this doesn't matter at all.
He is particularly skilled in bargaining.
No, he's not. He wants everyone to believe that, but he has consistently made terrible business decisions.
I believe he would leave both parties satisfied.
Then you are living in a dreamworld. One thing he definitely will not do is leave both parties satisfied.

In the meantime soldiers keep dying.
The problem here is that I don't want anyone to die. Any more. On either side.
Pretty much no one does. The difference is you want Ukraine to give in to Russia, while some of us want Russia to stop and go home. My way makes sure no more die on either side, too.

The safety of Europe requires Putin being taught he cannot take what he wants and he will not rebuild the USSR without great opposition.
That's why so many people in Europe love Trump.
Because he is not disposed to sacrifice our Europe to wage a war against the tsar
He cares about us.
He doesn't see us cannon fodder.

Trump's very very good at diplomacy.
He had such great success with K Korea, Iran, Mexico.....
Oh, wait.....he failed at those. When has he succeeded?
In his family many people can speak several European languages.
Speaking a language doesn't confer diplomatic skills.
But It means they can be belligerent in one's native tongue.
He is particularly skilled in bargaining.
As in cheating contractors out of money owed
because it would cost too much to fight him
in court. It's skill at theft & fraud.

Not many people in Europe love Trump.
Because he is not disposed to sacrifice our Europe to wage a war against the tsar
Translation: He loves Putin and wants to be just like him, so he cozies up to him. Which, of course, means he'd sacrifice Europe for Putin.
He cares about us.
He does not. He cares about no one and nothing other than himself.
He doesn't see us cannon fodder.
No one sees you as cannon fodder. But Trump is more inclined to be friendly with Putin than Europe.

Trump is "very good at diplomacy" because many of his family members speak European languages?
Are you serious?
Am I a great doctor because my Aunt is a podiatrist?

On a related note, do you think it's "good diplomacy" to admit to falling in love with a dictator and exchanging love letters with him?

Geography lesson. Between the Atlantic and Russia there is Europe.
If a nuclear war breaks out, Europe will be incinerated.
