I am now a Pantheist

I change my description

I refine my beliefs

It is more my understanding of what I believe that develops, more than my actual beliefs
I added the pantheism too.

Is there some pantheism cult that I am not aware of, so I don't become condemned by an opposing group?

Yay!

None that I'm aware of

I think it's a free-for-all

I don't think it's at all organised
Thank god!!!! HA HA!

The last thing that i want is to bump into some authority figure trying to force me to accept their beliefs on the topic.

"" think it's a free-for-all"'

Ted Nugent?

"""
It's a free-for-all and I heard it said

I'm pretty sure there are no Pantheist or Panentheist fundamentalists!

And has nothing to do with the greek god Pan, right?

I was wondering if believing in Pantheism would be raising Pan from the dead (resurrection).....................

There is an old line "pan died" upon the creation of christianity.

According to the Greek historian Plutarch (in De defectu oraculorum, "The Obsolescence of Oracles"),[51] Pan is the only Greek god who actually dies. During the reign of Tiberius (AD 14–37), the news of Pan's death came to one Thamus, a sailor on his way to Italy by way of the Greek island of Paxi.

No

"Pan" as in "all"

Like pansexual or PanAmerican Airlines

So "pantheism" means "all is God"

Nothing to do with the ancient god Pan

Or the metal things people use to cook things!

I was having fun with the term by the many searches and reading.

Just like the ted nugent song. I am naturally a happy go lucky kind of person.

You helped me with a new layer of rational belief.

I always found Pan rather scary

I mean, is he a man or a goat????

I know very little about Pantheism and Panentheism respectively.
I know a few physics enthusiasts, who subscribe to panentheism or pantheism. I suppose it satisfies what I call a "subjective question". The Reason for the universe's existence, or it's Function if you will. Personally I don't know if asking what the reason/function for the universe is, is a logical question. I am not sure why a reason is needed.

Please correct or enlighten me someone if I am mistaken about a premise here. As I said, I have not looked into those theologies much, although I know those that have, and therefore I post in the spirit of discussion, not debate!

Lots of drawings of many figures claimed to be gods. You should see some of the hindu drawings and as a pantheist, observing all religious dialogue is about natural.
I find depictions of Hindu gods scary, what with the blue skin, the many arms etc. they look nightmarish to me

Hindu Gods are blue (or black, at times) because those colors represent the infinite and sublime (think of the sky or space). The many arms represent power so more arms they have, the more powerful that form of the deity is.
